When will my order be delivered?
Most goods are delivered up to 7 working days from when you place your order. everything we sent out will need a signature when delivered if no ones at home normally the postman will leave a note through the door at you can collect it from the post office
Can you provide me with a Certificate of Authenticity – i lost the original?
No we cant do this for obvious reasons but all is not lost as your details will always be stored online and you can check using a password at any time please see here for details
